Here's what our work actually looks like on the ground. --- The problem: A rope education studio was running their entire operation across a dozen disconnected systems — Google Sheets, Google Forms, three separate event platforms (Eventbrite, Plura, and Squarespace) each with their own fragmented ticketing and check-in flows, multiple listing spaces (FetLife, Plura, Discord), and a maze of marketing channels across all of the above plus social media.
